1. About this tool.
Imagination is a powerful psychological resource we all possess. It is an innate source of vitality and mental strength in each of us. This tool will provide you with the means to use imagery in a simple, effective and profound way.
The tool helps you to create your own personal image of the strength you need, step by step. Applying it in your daily life is the last step. It can really help you in times of uncertainty or fear.
2. How to chanage language?
This tool supports two languages Dutch and English. In the upper right corner you can change the language.
3. How to use this tool?
There are five steps in the tool, which in a simple way gives you the means to create your own image of the strength you need in times of uncertainty or fear.
Each step is explained in a video, an audio or a text.
It is very simple and easy to use this tool, just follow every step.

4. The Title page.
After you have read the title page click on the Continue button to go to the Preparation page.

6. What to do at step 1?
At step 1 there is a video in which the author describes the benefits and effectiveness of using this tool and how to do it in a relaxed way. Watch this video and then move on to step 2 by clicking on the Continue button. Or go back to previous step by clicking on the Back button.
7. What to do at step 2?
53 symbol cards (photographs) are shown to you at step 2 while an audio will automatically play in the background. If the audio does not start playing automatically click on Play Audio button.
Follow the instructions provided in the audio by the author. He will invite you to choose a photograph that symbolizes in one way or the other the strength you want or need. You only have to select one of the 53 symbol cards. Once you have chosen the symbol card and clicked on it, it will take you to step 3.
8. What to do at step 3?
By selecting an image from step 2 you will proceed to step 3. The selected image (photograph) from step 2 will be shown large on your screen. An audio will be playing in the background that explains what to do. If the audio does not start playing automatically click on the Play Audio button.
You will be invited by the author to concentrate in a relaxed way on the image of the photograph you have selected. After a while you will be asked to close your eyes and quietly wait and see how the image develops. If closing your eyes is uncomfortable for you, feel free to keep your eyes open. In this phase your own personal image develops. In particular, watch for the strength that is present in the image.
Then you will be asked to draw a simple sketch of it. For drawing the sketch, you can use your own drawing material or you can also use the build in drawing tool.
Once you have made your sketch move on to step 4 by clicking on the Continue button.
9. What to do at step 4?
At step 4 the author explains in a video how to value and use your own personal image and drawing to strengthen yourself with it. You are given advice and assignments to make the image your own and make it a powerful anchor and inspiration in your daily life.
At the end of the video, the author explains that if you wish, we can help to remind you of the image and the strength it represents by sending you a photograph of your sketch every day at 9:00 am for 7, 14 hours. or 21 days, as you wish. If you wish, you can upload a photograph of your sketch at step 5 and send it to us.
Click on the Continue button to go to step 5.
10. What to do at step 5?
If you would like us to send you the photograph of your drawing/sketch every day by email at 9:00 for the next 7, 14 or 21 days, you have to fill in the appropriate form in this step and upload the photograph of your drawing/sketch.
You can upload your handmade drawing/sketch by taking a photograph with your mobile phone and uploading it in the form from your computer. Or upload the one you made with the build in drawing tool (look in your downloads to find the drawing you made), and then click on the Send button. When you are done with that, click on the Continue button to go to the last page.

The last page contains information about the creators of this imagery tool and where you can find more about imagery.
